Vice President and Principal Structural Engineer
Mr. Sladki serves as Vice President and Principal Structural Engineer in the Mid-Atlantic Facilities Office. He is a licensed professional engineer with over 20 years in the profession and was recently certified as an ICC B2 Commercial Building Inspector. Mr. Sladki’ s experience runs the gamut from detailed design and fabrication through installation, construction and use. Additional engineering experience includes extensive work in analyzing existing structural elements and designing new structures. He was published in a recent ACEC newsletter for his fall protection article titled “Don’t Fall Behind”. He is a husband and father of three who makes his home in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Michael is the current Vice President of the IFMA-HR chapter.
